Local celebrity Grubby the Groundhog made her prediction this morning in Hope — there was no shadow and the call is for an early spring for Bartholomew County.
This counters Punxsutawney Phil’s prediction, who did see his shadow this morning in Pennsylvania, and predicted six more weeks of winter.
