Bartholomew County Sheriff’s detectives have arrested a former Bartholomew County Humane Society employee on a charge of felony theft.
Brittany Hooper, 23, 6815 N. Private Road 715, Scipio, is accused of taking more than $1,000 in animal adoption fees from the humane society, detectives said.
Hooper, who was arrested Monday, has been released from the Bartholomew County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond, jail officials said.
