Gerald L. Smith Jr., 75, of Columbus, died at 2:44 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Cremation is planned. There will be no services at this time.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
