Centra hires VP of business services

Centra Credit Union has a new vice president of business services for the southern region.

Todd Lancaster will be responsible for developing new business while assisting current business customers reach financial success.

Lancaster has a combined 19 years of experience in the banking industry, including commercial, retail and mortgage lending. He also serves as an Advisory Board member of the Salvation Army. He graduated from Ball State University with a business and marketing degree.

Centra is a community-based, full-service financial institution, serving multiple communities through central and southern Indiana, New York and North Carolina. It is the third-largest credit union in Indiana.

Cummins announces new vice president

Cummins Inc. has announced Mahesh Narang as the new Vice President – Cummins Turbo Technologies.

Cummins Turbo Technologies designs and manufactures turbochargers and related products for diesel engines above three liters globally.

Narang joined Cummins in 2002 as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) intern. He took on numerous roles, including the chief operating officer for the Cummins India Area Business Organization in 2012.

Narang earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Mumbai University in Indiana, and earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a master’s in engineering management at Northwestern University in Illinois. He also graduated the Cummins Executive Leadership Development Program.

Narang and his wife, Nupur, live in Columbus with their children Kavish and Vaani.
