If you’ve got a sweet heart to go with your sweet tooth, then you probably would like to support the work of The Arc of Bartholomew County and also Special Olympics. Both support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A variety of area bakeries and other shops, businesses and individuals will sell and serve a range of chocolate treats to benefit the aforementioned agencies at Always Ready For Chocolate, 5 to 8 p.m. April 7 at FairOaks Mall, 2380 25th St. in Columbus. Advance tickets, $3 for individual treats and $20 for eight servings, are available at Gramz Bakery, 409 Washington St. downtown and also at the Arc at 2060 Doctors Park Drive. If it’s been a while since you, your kids or grandkids have looked down the rabbit hole into the adventure of “Alice In Wonderland,” you can catch Dancers Studio Inc.’s latest version at the free Old National Bank’s First Fridays For Families at 6 p.m. April 7 at The Commons, 300 Washington St. in Columbus.
