Orchestra group conducts meeting

Staff Report

The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Association, Columbus Unit conducted its annual meeting April 21 at Harrison Lake Country Club.

Carol Rohrabaugh-Mote, chairperson for the Columbus Unit, said that the group’s mission is to educate and introduce music to Bartholomew County students, and send about 1,200 fifth-graders to a Discovery Concert in Indianapolis each year.

The annual meeting included a luncheon, style show and mini auction. The Parkside Children’s Choir provided the entertainment for the theme: spring in Paris!
