Jane Thompson Black, 92, of Seymour, died Friday, April 28, 2017, at Covered Bridge Health Campus in Seymour.
She is survived by her nephews, James Thomas (Sylvia) Thompson and Robert (Teresa) Thompson, and a niece, Ann (Rick) Taylor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Joseph Black.
A private family graveside service at Riverview Cemetery and a memorial service will be conducted by Voss and Sons Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Thursday at at First Presbyterian Church.
Memorials may be made to the James Ralph Thompson Scholarship Fund, the James Temple Thompson Memorial Scholarship Fund at the Jackson County Community Foundation or to the Seymour First Presbyterian Church through the Voss and Sons Funeral Service.
