Jose Luis DeJesus, 62, of Seymour, formerly of Columbus, died on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Covered Bridge Health Campus.
He is survived by his children, Francisco (Jennifer) Vega, Jose Jr. (Melissa) DeJesus, both of Cincinnati, Ohio and Amber Salvador of Seymour; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Monday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Visitation will be 1 p.m. Monday until the time of service at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made at the funeral home to the Jose L. DeJesus Memorial Fund.
