Garnett York Jr., 48, of Louisville, Kentucky, died at 11:51 a.m. Monday, May 1, 2017, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
He is survived by his parents, Garnett York Sr. of North Vernon and Mary York of Ontario, California; brother, Eric (Norma) York of Phelan, California and Keith York of Bloomington; sisters, Mary York of Lafayette and Genny Sue York of North Vernon.
A funeral service for Mr. York will be conducted at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Eric York and the Rev. Dan Corbin officiating. Family and friends may call from 3 p.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made in honor of Mr. York through the funeral home for expenses.
