Donell B. Sallard, 32, of Columbus, died at 6:17 a.m. Friday, May 26, 2017, with his family by his side at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis.
Donell was employed with Dorel Juvenile Group. He was an active member of Calvary Community Church, serving as a deacon, Sunday school teacher, youth leader and Minister of Music.
Donell was a 2003 graduate of Columbus North High School.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Friday at Calvary Community Church with Bishop Charles Sims officiating. Family and friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at the church. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Mr. Sallard was born Dec. 19, 1984, to Don E. and Teresa L. Roddie Sallard. He married Melissa D. Burns on July 31, 2010.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Joshua C. Sallard of Terre Haute; brothers, James (Sarah) Tucker and Shaun (Christin) Tucker, both of Columbus; a sister, Sherkesha Bladen of Indianapolis; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
