Robert M. Booth, 21, of Columbus, died at 1:01 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at I.U. Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
The funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9:30 a.m. until service time Thursday. Burial will be at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to a trust fund for his daughters.
