George Wayne “Bud” Gay Sr., 72, of Brownstown, died Sunday, June 18, 2017, at his home.
Survivors include his wife of almost 51 years, Shirley; daughters, Christina (Mike) Ritz of Vallonia, Kimberly (Tedd) Stucker of Brownstown and Kerri (Donny) Allman of Brownstown; siblings, John (Peggy) Gay of Seymour, Jean (Lloyd) Meyer of White Creek and Nancy Lucas of Seymour; sister-in-law, Lena Gay of Seymour; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Bud was preceded in death by his son, George Wayne Gay Jr.
Services for Bud will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre in Seymour. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Acme Cemetery with full military honors.
Memorials can be made at the funeral home to the Don & Dana Myers Cancer Center.
