Brian Eugene Phillips, 23, of Seymour, Indiana, died on Friday, June 30, 2017, at his home.
Brian is survived by his son, Clayton Eugene Phillips; mother, Stephanie Gene Campbell; sister, Ashley Dawn Phillips; and grandfather, Stephen Eugene Maxwell.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday at Burkholder Funeral Chapel where the Rev. Dr. Daniel Watson will officiate. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday at funeral home. Brian’s burial will follow services at Riverview Cemetery.
