Dustin E. Biddinger, 28, of 2021 Indiana Ave., was a passenger in a car stopped for a traffic violation at State Street and Illinois Avenue on Thursday. Because of a Republic error, his location in the car was incorrect in a story about his arrest in Saturday’s edition.
