Community invited to career session at Harrison college

Harrison College is inviting the Columbus community to learn more about the school’s career-driven programs at its Career Cafe from 5 to 8 p.m. July 18 at the college’s Columbus campus, 2222 Poshard Drive.

The Career Cafe is free and a chance to engage in career preparatory activities and workshops.

The event will offer professional development advice and activities such as resume writing, interview preparation, using social media in your job search, one-on-one discussions with the admissions team and campus tours. Participants who visit and complete a campus tour will receive a complimentary professional headshot photo.

The Career Cafe is for those interested in heading back to school, going to college for the first time or seeking a career change. Current and incoming high school seniors are welcome.
