A Columbus couple recently won a drawing for a $10,000 backyard makeover from MainSource Bank.
The financial institution Backyard Makeover Sweepstakes received entries from each branch in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois. The winner was drawn July 10, and the bank’s prize patrol sprang into action to inform Joseph and Susan Lollar.
The Lollars were greeted July 18 by the MainSource Prize Patrol — Kim Mayo, SVP branch administration; Dwayne Cole, market president; Shanda Thayer, business development manager; and Sunny the SuperSaver mascot — to award their winnings. They received balloons, a check for $10,000 and shouts of congratulations.
The family already has made plans to begin their backyard makeover that afternoon by deconstructing their current deck.
