Lowell Road will be closed until about 5 p.m. today for continuing road work, Bartholomew County Highway Department officials said.
Work on Lowell Road will resume Monday from County Road 325W to Interstate 65 beginning Monday at 8 a.m. and continuing to 3 p.m., highway department officials said.
The road will be open, but road work will continue and motorists are advised to avoid the area as delays are possible.
