It will be a plaid, plaid world again when the 26th Annual Columbus Scottish Festival unfolds Sept. 9 and 10 at the Bartholomew County 4-H Fairgrounds. The gathering will usher in its usual bagpipe bands, sheep-herding demos, Highland games, Highland dancing, a rugby exhibition, children’s activities and more offerings.
