Free tickets are available in the children’s area of both the Bartholomew County Public Library in Columbus and the Hope Branch Library in Hope for a shark cart visit Oct. 10 from the Newport Aquarium’s Wave Foundation.
The cart will be in Columbus at 1 p.m. and in Hope at 4 p.m. that day, according to the schedule.
The cart is expected to include two touchable, smaller, live coral cat sharks, according to organizers.
The one-hour visits are designed to education people and build awareness of conservation of marine life, according to the Wave Foundation.
