The fifth annual Men Take a Stand event will be Tuesday in downtown Columbus, sponsored by Turning Point Domestic Violence Services.
Community residents are invited to participate in this march, which sends a message to end violence in the Columbus community and surrounding area.
To participate in the march, residents are asked to gather at the corner of Fifth and Washington streets at 11:30 a.m., with the march along Washington Street to the steps of City Hall, 123 Washington St., beginning at 11:45 a.m. Following the march, a brief program will be at noon with Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. Superintendent Jim Roberts as the speaker.
