1) Hoops and comedic hoopla will make great teammates at 2 p.m. Nov. 5 when the Harlem Wizards visit Memorial Gym at Columbus North High School, 1400 25th St. for a game of high-flying hijinks to benefit the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation. Former Indiana Fever star Tamika Catchings will guest-coach the Wizards. The event will feature tricks, music, dunks, comedy, dancing, audience participation and an autograph session. 2) Talk about your remarkable trash-to-treasure, junk-to-gem creations. The annual free Deja Vu Art and Fine Craft Show will overflow with 70 artists expertly skilled in using repurposed materials to fashion some of the most creative weaving, woodworking, sculpture, you name it. The event that attracts more than 1,000 people is slated from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 11 at The Commons, 300 Washington St. in downtown Columbus.
