COLUMBUS, Ind. — Dave Barker, president and CEO of SIHO Insurance Services, is preparing to retire after leading the Columbus-based health care benefits company for the past 20 years.
John Sadtler, who has more than 25 years experience in the healthcare industry, was selected by the company’s board of directors to succeed Barker, SIHO General Counsel Doug Fauth said. After rejoining SIHO’s senior leadership team in 2014, Sadtler became vice president of strategy, business development and product innovation.
Sadtler has already assumed oversight responsibilities and is working with Barker to
transition key relationships and other functions over the next three months, Fauth said.
Besides leading his company, Barker has been involved in many different roles in the community.
