A local business is seeking nominations to recognize local veterans for the company’s first Veterans Rock campaign.
Through today, local residents may visit TCC locations, which are Verizon Wireless authorized retailers, to nominate veterans to receive care packages valued at $40 each. The care packages include books, puzzles and other items. Veterans who are nominated will be notified Nov. 3 and can pick up their care packages between Nov. 6 and 10.
Each participating TCC store is giving away five care packages, and 2,500 veterans nationwide will receive care packages in honor of Veterans Day on Nov. 11.
