• the local businesses for supporting Columbus Sunrise Rotary’s annual “Souptember” collection, raising more than $800 for Love Chapel Food Pantry.

• Laramie Project for producing an important theatrical event and creating a unique space in downtown Columbus to see it, from Exhibit Columbus.

• the new tea room in town for serving an authentic traditional English repast.

• Tire Barn employees for coming out and helping the lady whose car was overheating.

• the person who picked up the little opossum that had been hit on South Line Drive.

• the Breast Center even though I was running extremely late on Friday, from Mary.

• Jay Phelps, Bartholomew County Clerk, for being appointed by Secretary of State Connie Lawson to serve on Governor Eric Holcomb’s Indiana Executive Council on Cybersecurity.
