The Ninth Street Park Neighborhood Watch will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the conference room at the Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus.
Bartholomew County 911 Emergency Operations Center Director Todd Noblitt will be the guest speaker. He will talk about emergency dispatching, required training and the Everbridge Alert System. A question-and-answer session is planned as time allows.
