A bottle of charcoal cleaner was stored by the service cups for the gourmet ice machine.

The presence of insects, rodents and other pests must be controlled. The inspections of Sept. 15 and Sept. 25 noted many rodent droppings in the cabinet under the microwave oven. Today’s inspection found at least 50 rodent droppings in the cabinet. To date, this department has not received copies of reports for professional pest as directed by the prior inspections. Therefore, an administrative hearing will be scheduled to determine further actions to be taken.
