Products in the sandwich make table were measured at 53 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature of the cooler was measured at 54 degrees. All potentially hazardous foods are to be removed from the cooler and placed in properly operating coolers. The sandwich preparation cooler is not to be used until such time as it can maintain products at proper temperatures.
