The Jennings County Community Foundation will be participating in #GivingTuesday on Tuesday, a global day of giving that kicks off the charitable season through social media and collaboration.
The foundation is offering an additional 25 percent match for all money raised that day with a cap of $1,000 per donation.
Participants can give to the fund of their choice through the Jennings County Community Foundation, which has more than 150 funds that have been created by donors to support the fields of community service, social service, education and the arts.
Donation can be made online at jenningsfoundation.net, or in person at the foundation’s office at 111 N. State St. in North Vernon.
