A Columbus restaurant is giving away a free scoop of custard today to anyone wearing Columbus East gear who comes in to congratulate employee Jaedin Miller, senior running back on the state champion Olympians football team, while he’s working the cash register from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
And if a whole family shows up with East gear, will all of them be eligible for the free custard from Columbus Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers?
“Every single one of them,” said Robin Tyner, general manager at the Columbus Freddy’s, located at 3660 Jonathan Moore Pike, Columbus.
The custard promotion is worth about $2.50 per person, Tyner said.
