Steve and Becky Swift of Columbus are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. on Dec. 17, at New Hope Christian Church, Family Life Center. The celebration is given by their daughters, Heather Williams and Abby Swift and family, and friends are invited.
Mr. Swift and his wife, the former Becky Taylor, were married Dec. 16, 1967, at Nashville Christian Church in Nashville, Indiana, by Paul Jasper.
He is retired from Southwestern Consolidated Schools in Shelby County.
She is retired from Cummins Inc.
