Knights topple Jets

HOPE — Hauser outscored South Dearborn in the second half Tuesday night, but couldn’t overcome a 33-22 halftime deficit in a 49-41 loss.

Sarah Tedder led the Jets (2-9) with 14 points, five rebounds and three steals. Tessa Sims added eight points and five rebounds.

Jennings falls in OT

NORTH VERNON — Bloomington South outscored Jennings County 14-6 in overtime Monday to pull out a 64-56 victory.

Addyson Kent led Jennings (2-9) with 17 points. Kylee Matern added 10.

Eagles stop Cougars

GREENSBURG — Class A No. 3 Jac-Cen-Del was too much for South Decatur Monday in a 79-33 decision.

Taylor Best led the Cougars (1-12) with 10 points. Madison Owens grabbed five rebounds.

Trojans top Panthers

NORTH VERNON — Jennings County jumped out to a 16-9 lead after one quarter Tuesday, but East Central rallied for a 48-43 victory.

Travis Wilson led the Panthers (1-5) with 18 points, seven rebounds, three steals and two blocked shots. Aaron Martin added nine points, and Gage Walters had seven assists.
