COLUMBUS
Thomas E. Brown, 73, of Columbus, passed from this life at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Silver Oaks Health Campus.
Tom was a self -employed barber for over 55 years and was former owner of Tom & Kenny’s Barber Shop in Columbus.
An outdoor enthusiast, Mr. Brown enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In keeping with Tom’s wishes cremation is planned. Private inurnment will be at Garland Brook Mausoleum.

Tom was born March 15, 1944 in Columbus. He was the son of Orville and Ethel Khune Brown.
He married Rosetta A. Hill on October 23, 1989. She preceded him in death on March 4, 2017.
Survivors include his son, Jeff (Wanda) Brown of Columbus; his sister, Lorene Turner of Columbus; a niece, Sondra (Roger) Robbins of Columbus, and a nephew, Larry (Becky) Turner of Columbus.
