I want to express my gratitude about a good Samaritan.
I was shopping at Kroger on Dec. 13, and I lost my purse. Needless to say, I was in a panic. I hardly knew where to start. I went to the bank first to get our account secured. As we were driving from the bank, my cellphone rang.
It was our neighbor telling me someone had delivered my purse to my home. As we had not arrived home yet, they left it with our neighbor. She said she had never seen them before and did not get a name.
Nothing is missing from my purse, and I am very grateful. I wish I knew so I could thank them. There are so many wonderful, honest people out there, and we don’t hear enough about them. I feel very lucky and grateful to the unknown couple. May God bless them.
