North sponsors 8th grade parent night
Eighth-grade students and their parents are invited to an informational meeting at Columbus North High School this month.
The open house, at 6 p.m. Jan. 17, begins in the auditorium and includes self-guided tours. Visitors may have their questions answered by faculty members in their respective departments.

C4 to host open house
The Columbus Area Career Connection will host an open house Jan. 17.
The event, which will be held in the C4 wing at Columbus North High School from 5 to 8 p.m., will highlight all C4 career and technical education courses that are available at Columbus North and Columbus East high schools and the McDowell Education Center. Individuals who plan to attend can enter through Door 12 at the school.
Tours of C4 classrooms and opportunities to meet C4 teachers and students will be available. Door prizes and refreshments will be available.
