GREENSBURG — South Decatur cut a 16-point deficit to six, but Southwestern (Shelby) held on for a 66-57 Mid-Hoosier Conference win Wednesday night.
Matt Cornett led the Cougars (3-11, 0-2) with 26 points.
Shawe tops Trinity
MADISON — Trinity Lutheran led 18-14 after one quarter, but Madison Shawe rallied for a 69-59 victory.
Jacob Rowe led the Cougars (4-9) with 25 points. Jack Marksberry added 15, and AJ Goecker had 10.
