Eddie Lee Shultz, 82, of Columbus, died unexpectedly on Friday, February 2, 2018 at IU Health Methodist Hospital.
Eddie was currently employed by Walmart, working in the hardware department.
He had also retired from Cummins in 1987 after 31 years of employment.
Eddie also enjoyed watching wrestling and going to flea markets.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Adela (Robinson) Shultz; an infant son, Glen Shultz; and a brother, Leroy Shultz.
Survivors include his loving children, Larry Shultz, Tom Shultz, Donna Hart and Eddie Lee Shultz, Jr., all of Columbus; brothers, Don Shultz of Florida and David Shultz of Columbus; grandchildren, Adrien Stewart, Megan Hart and Morgan Hart; seven great-grandchildren; and former wife, Earlene Shultz.
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, February 9, 2018 at Hathaway-Myers Chapel. Burial will follow at Phillips Cemetery, Freetown. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
