The board of directors for Columbus-based Cummins Inc. has declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $1.08 per share, payable March 18, to shareholders of record Feb. 23.
The dividend amount is unchanged from the company’s Oct. 10, 2017, announcement, which was payable to shareholders of record as of Nov. 17, 2017.
