Flags to be at half staff to honor Graham

INDIANAPOLIS – At the direction of President Donald Trump, Gov. Eric Holcomb is directing flags across the state to be flown at half-staff to honor the Rev. Billy Graham.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Friday, the governor’s office said. The governor also requested that businesses and residents lower their flags on Friday to honor Graham.
