Rhodes was arrested on preliminary charges of:

  • Felony possession of methamphetamine
  • Possession of a controlled substance
  • Driving while suspended with a prior conviction
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

Rhodes is being held without bond in the Bartholomew County Jail, jail officials said.
