COLUMBUS
David Keith Turpin, 61, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Mr. Turpin was born on June 24, 1956 in Columbus, to William and Algie Turpin.
He graduated from Columbus High School in 1975.
In 1985, he married Becky (Hardy) Turpin.
He retired from Dolly Madison in 1995.
He loved riding motorcycles, watching wrestling, riding four-wheelers, and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Survivors include his wife, Becky; and his son, Dakota Turpin, both of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents.
A graveside service for Mr. Turpin will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Myers-Reed is serving the Turpin family.
