Roger D. Burton, 49, of 9710 N. State Road 7, Elizabethtown, body attachment, 4:11 p.m., by the Columbus Police Department, released on $1,000 cash bond.

Eddie J. Brown Jr., 30, of 9457 E. County Road 550N, Columbus, theft — receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and possession of methamphetamine, 5:34 p.m., by the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, held in lieu of $57,500 bond.

Weldon W. Cosby, 58, of 425 Clifty Drive, Columbus, Bartholomew County warrant, 6:51 p.m., by the Columbus Police Department, released on $503 bond.

Janeta M. Kimball, 57, of 436 Harrison St., Hope, Bartholomew County warrant, 7:57 p.m., by the Columbus Police Department, held in lieu of $7,500 bond.

Amanda J. May, 33, of 2613 Pavia Court, Columbus, body attachment, 8:58 p.m., by the Columbus Police Department, held in lieu of $1,000 cash bond.

Melanie Rebber, 42, Seymour, body attachment, 10:18 p.m., by the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, released on $750 cash bond.

Silvestre T. Torres-Torres, 45, of 2510 Tyler Drive, Columbus, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — minor in vehicle, operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator and operating without ever receiving a license — prior conviction, 2:45 a.m., by the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, released on $7,500 bond.

Eric B. Smith, 34, Nashville, operating a vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .15 percent or more, 3:49 a.m., by the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, released on $5,000 bond.

Troy D. Morris, 48, homeless, obstruction of justice, false informing, out-of-county warrant and possession of paraphernalia, 4:49 a.m., by the Columbus Police Department, held with no bond.
