Cops Cycling for Survivors is planning its annual fundraising bicycle tour of Indiana in July, including a stop in Columbus.
The group, whose aim is to raise awareness and financially support survivors of Indiana law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty, will bike nearly 1,000 miles over 13 days to honor fallen comrades.
The group will head from Indianapolis to Columbus on July 9, and then go from Columbus to Madison on July 10. The tour continues to Jeffersonville, Huntingburg, Princeton, Terre Haute, Kentland, Merrillville, Angola and Anderson, among other cities, and back to Indianapolis.
