A colorful paver artwork installation at Seventh and Washington streets that was a signature entry in the Exhibit Columbus lineup has been donated to the city.
Columbus Board of Works members on Tuesday accepted the gift of “Theoretical Foyer” to the city from artist Cody Hoyt.
