Painter Cheryl Duckworth and mosaic artist Sally Kinsey are the featured artists this month at the Hoosier Artist Gallery, 45 Jefferson St., Nashville.
Duckworth works mostly in oils and her inspirations are landscapes, sunsets and wildlife. Her work is highly sought since she paints scenes from the local area.
Kinsey dabbles in many art forms, but her recognition lies securely as a well-known mosaic artist. She is a member of the Society of American Mosaic Artists and Contemporary Mosaic Artists. She won the Innovation in Mosaics Award from Mosaic Arts International, and is published in magazines and books.
