Tickets are still available for the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Gala at 6:30 p.m. Thursday night at the Factory 12 Event Loft in downtown Columbus.
The event, a fund-raiser to help the March of Dimes fund research, education and support services to help premature babies survive and thrive, will feature chefs from around the Columbus community offering signature dishes, ranging from Upland Columbus Pump House’s Shrimp and Grits to Catering by Karr’s herb-roasted pork tenderloin with raspberry sauce.
240Sweet will be offering KetoLuxe candied bacon on a stick and Blackerby’s Hanger 5 will serve braised short ribs, macaroni and cheese and seared ahi tuna.

More than 200 people are expected for the event, which is sponsored by Walmart and Elwood Staffing, among others.
