CRH Physicians purchase 22nd Street facility

Columbus Regional Health Physicians has purchased a new facility as part of its strategic plan to continue restructuring physician facilities and expand access to medical care.

The health care network bought the property, located at 2630 22nd St., from Ottawa Holdings LLC for $600,000 on March 1, according to property transfer records. The building used to house Southern Indiana Gastroenterology.

Kelsey DeClue, Columbus Regional Health spokeswoman, said the health care network has not yet determined what services will be offered at the new facility, as officials are still in the process of developing the business plan for the site. The plan should be finalized by the beginning of April, she said.
