Post offices in Indiana (with a few exceptions in Indianapolis) will be closed and there will be no mail delivery or retail service on Martin Luther King Day on Monday. Post offices will reopen on Tuesday with full mail delivery and retail service.
All Bartholomew County offices and the county courthouse are closed Monday.
All city of Columbus offices are closed Monday.
The Columbus City Utilities Office will be closed Monday with regular business hours resuming at 8 a.m. Tuesday. Those with problems with water or sewer service should call the business office at 812-372-8861 and follow the prompts.
Columbus city trash collection and recycling collection will be on regular schedule Monday. The city Department of Public Works office is closed Monday and reopens at 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
