Marketplace: Two judges honored for their service

Two area judges have been honored by the Indiana Supreme Court for their commitment to higher education and long-time service.

Bartholomew Circuit Judge Kelly Benjamin was honored for completing 120 hours of continuing education and received a certificate from the Indiana Office of Court Services. The program enhances legal knowledge and improves personal and professional development.

Jennings Circuit Judge Jonathan Webster was honored for 24 years of service on the bench. Trial judges are commonly elected to a six-year term, therefore a trial judge receiving this certificate has been elected more than four times.
