BCSC seeking community input for strategic planning

Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. is looking for input from the community as it plans for the future.

The school corporation has released a link to a strategic planning survey. Communications coordinator Josh Burnett said that respondents should fill out the survey by next Monday.

“Every five to 10 years, BCSC looks to the community to help guide our planning and set goals for the future,” the school corporation said in a statement. “We are currently engaged in this work and want to hear from you.”

The survey has three main questions:

What are BCSC’s greatest strengths that can be built upon for years to come?

In the next 5-10 years, what do you think are the most important skills and qualities a BCSC graduate should possess?

If BCSC is going to serve students well, we must look to the future. How should BCSC look different (facilities, programs, pathways, opportunities, instruction, etc.) to best serve the students who will enter adulthood 5, 10, or 15 years from now?

The survey is anonymous, though respondents can also choose to provide their contact information if they are willing to respond to follow-up questions. There is also a space for additional comments.
