Honda Greensburg employees, working just four days a week in the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami that devastated Japan earlier in the year, spent the day volunteering at United Way of Bartholomew County, Sans Souci and Bartholomew County Humane Society.

About 15 members of the local union of postal clerks walked the length of the Columbus Post Office carrying signs reading "S.O.S. – Save Our Service" protesting the proposed privatization of the postal service.
